Carlyle Lake - The Carlyle Lake Project will be closing the Dam East Recreation Area and Boat Ramp to the general public from Friday, November 18th at 8:00 a.m. through Sunday, November 20th at 3:00 p.m. The area will be utilized by the U.S. Army 739th Engineer Company to perform training exercises. All other boat ramps remain open for launching.
