The parade line-up is set for the 85th Annual Centralia Halloween Parade this coming Saturday night. Parade committee member Butch Mathus puts together the annual line-up. He initially had concerns about entries being down this year, but reports that has turned around. "The last week and a half it exploded on me and I think people do that on purpose to give me grey hairs," Mathus joked. "Overall for the 85th Annual Halloween Parade we have 133 entries, we have 29 floats, and we have 14 bands." Mathus says there are two major floats and one group that will be juggling fire sticks. The parade caps a day of activities that make up the Centralia Fall Festival. It steps off down Poplar Street at seven Saturday evening. You'll be able to hear live coverage on WJBD-FM 100.1 and see a live video stream on WJBDradio.com. The annual Children's Halloween Parade will begin at Library Park at one Saturday afternoon.
